It was especially interesting to see how the dancers became totally involved in the creative process of making meaningful dance. With Love, Kristin Akler Dear Jacque, The Cameron Public School Parent Council—and all the children who attend the school— want to thank you for your kind donation to this year’s Spring Fair silent auction. This year’s silent auction was an overwhelming success and it could not have happened without the participation of donors like you. This fair netted over $13,000! All proceeds from the spring fair will go towards items that will enhance our children’s education – new books for the library, new gym equipment, new computers, and to cover the cost of field trips so that all students can attend regardless of income level. Cameron Public School is an elementary school in the Yonge and Sheppard area with more than 300 children in attendance. The Cameron Spring Fair is our largest annual fundraising event that raises money to enhance the education of children at the school. Thank you for supporting the children in our community. You have no idea of the inspiration you were to my daughter. She started dance like any other kid, in local city funded programs. She grew to love it so much that I put her in a more professional studio. She hated it so much I had to let her quit. It took a lot of convincing but she finally agreed to try again. I lucked out! She now loves dance again like she should. I know it’s because of your great teaching and mentor ship.
