 Carmen Boyce The Dance Place is thrilled to welcome Carmen Boyce to our exceptional roster of teachers. Carmen, a most personable teacher, is a Triple Threat Graduate of the Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts. Originally from Campbell River, British Columbia, she started performing as a very young child in competitive gymnastics. After becoming Western Canada Champion on the balance beam at the tender age of 12, she decided to extend her love of physical activity with Dance. Carmen started her Dance career in Jazz, but soon realized that she wanted to try more, eventually adding Ballet, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern, Musical Theatre and Tap. She is extremely dedicated to working with the young performers at THE DANCE PLACE, sharing with them her love and knowledge of Dance. |
